- NEW WEBSITE: Customers on the support subscription plan will get a new website every two years. As a result, your website will never appear out of date. Changing images and layouts will refresh the look of your business, and you will never have to build a new website from scratch.
- SUPPORT PORTAL: The subscription to this service gives you access to our Support Portal and the ticketing system. By using the ticketing system, you are able to submit a ticket online. Our maximum response time is less than three hours. However, the average response time is currently less than one hour. The access Support Portal is an additional service provided for a small biweekly fee (i.e., $49 ex. GST).
- DISCOUNT: All customers under the Support and Maintenance service are able to get a 15% discount on additional services and on the hourly rate if they need the working hours of a staff member.
